These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Shoe Supply. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Products and condition

Our stock is retail overstock, individually inspected and graded before it is listed. Each listing states its size and condition, and photographs show the actual pair where possible. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Because stock is largely single-pair, an item can sell out while it is still in your cart.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a listing shows an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is invalid, or we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full if we cancel.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photographs, layout, and branding — belongs to Shoe Supply or its licensors. Brand names shown in listings identify the manufacturer of an item and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by that brand.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
