Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what arrives. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

What can be returned

The item is unworn, with no scuffing to the sole beyond trying it on indoors.
All original packaging and any tags are included.
The item is in the same condition it was received in.

What cannot be returned

Items worn outdoors, or showing new wear, marks, or odour.
Items bought under a clearance or final-sale label.
Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.

Condition of our stock

Our footwear is imported retail overstock, individually inspected and graded, and each listing states its condition. Minor signs of handling that match the stated condition are not grounds for a return. If an item arrives in a materially worse condition than described, or the wrong item was sent, we cover it in full including return shipping.

How to start a return

Email theshoesupply22@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 0054535 within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item.
We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item we approve or decline the refund and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The original Rs.250 shipping charge is not refunded unless the return is our error. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item was faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability. Because most of our stock is single-pair, we will usually issue a refund or store credit instead when your size is not available.
