Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide across Pakistan by courier.
Rates
A flat charge of Rs.250 applies to every order, anywhere in Pakistan. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas can take a little longer. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email theshoesupply22@gmail.com.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. The courier calls before delivery, and parcels are returned to us when the number is unreachable or the address is incomplete. Re-delivery after a failed attempt caused by incorrect details is charged again at Rs.250.
Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount including shipping is payable to the courier at the door. Please have the exact amount ready.
Delays outside our control
Courier strikes, weather disruption, and public holidays can delay a parcel. We track every delayed order and keep you updated, but these delays are not grounds for cancellation once the parcel is in transit.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we open a case with the courier. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.
